  4. Student Behaviors Classroom Management: We expect our students to be respectful, responsible, and caring. Rewarded for going above and beyond Warned when making the wrong choices Notify parents for support when needed

  5. Grade Equivalencies E= S= A (90-100%) B (80-89%) C (70-79%) N= (60-69%) U= (<59%) Multiple forms of assessments are utilized Grades are not averaged; trends are considered Progress Alerts - midpoint of each 9-week period Parent/Teacher Conferences - Oct 21 & Feb All Dates subject to change

  7. Battle of the Books A friendly competition in the spring exploring exceptional literature... Information about the competition, lunch bunch, and a list of the books will be coming home.

  11. Social Studies Students will learn about Government & Economics (JA) Geography & Culture of ... North America Caribbean Mexico Embedded into ELA

  12. Testing I-Ready diagnostic assessments will be given 3 times per year for BOTH reading and math. Fall: Winter: Spring: Baseline Interim (School City) assessments will be given 2 times per year for core subjects (reading, writing, math, and science). Aug.
