Registration Form/Code of Conduct Registration Forms/Waiver Forms- Needs to be completed and submitted before swim meets begin. Parent Code of Conduct-Please read, sign and submit Swimmer Code of Conduct-Please read, sign and submit. These are our rules and regulations for our swimmers, coaches, parents, and league.
Swimmer Placement Coaches will determine which group swimmers will be assigned to based on swimming ability and skill level. Swimmer placement will be based on their skill level and ability to ensure that instruction is tailored and optimized for each individual's progress.

Practice Times during American Red Cross Lessons During Swim Lessons-Times are adjusted Lessons are Week of June 23rd thru June 27th and June 30ththru July 4th(Tentative Dates) Great Whites- 7:30 am-8:45 am Sand Sharks- 8:45 am-10:00 am Guppies- 10:00 am- 11:00 am

Meets..Cont. Please declare your availability for meets on Team Unify Coaches construct meet lineups on the Wednesday prior to a meet, so please declare by Tuesday night! (Unless emergency) Meet/practice attendance-Attendance is expected in order to participate in meets. As coaches, we understand it is summer time, but this must not be confused with commitment and work ethic. Meet Results will be sent out in email the Monday following the meet. If you have a question on your swimmers time, please see one of the coaches before or after practice.
