Elmer Swim Club 2025 Season Coaching Staff: Head Coach: Matt Stanker Asst. Coach- Hadyn Mulherin Asst. Coach Sebastian Smith
Coaches Expectations Work Hard Commitment Positive Attitudes Have Fun
Registration Form/Code of Conduct Registration Forms/Wavier Forms- Needs to be completed and submitted before swim meets begin. Parent Code of Conduct-Please read, sign and submit Swimmer Code of Conduct-Please read, sign and submit. These are our rules and regulations for our swimmers, coaches, parents, and league.
Practices Times 3 sessions- (During School Year)- Monday-Friday, (High School Only-Fridays-Incoming 9th-12thGrade) 1stSession-Great Whites- 4:00-5:30pm 2ndSession- Guppies(Kickboarders/Beginners)-5:30-6:00 pm (2 days a week-Tuesdays and Thursdays) 3rdSession-Sand Sharks-6:00-7:15 pm 13-14 age group has option of 1stsession or 3rdsession practice. Please make sure pick up swimmers on time at pool.
3 Session Practices-Morning Practices Great Whites- am-8:00-9:20 am Sand Sharks- 9:30 am-10:50am Guppies-11:00 am-12 pm Age group levels based on swimmers ability and stroke development.
3 Session Practices-Cont. During Swim Lessons-Times are adjusted Lessons are Week of June23rd thru June 27th and June 30th thru July 4th(Tentative Dates) Great Whites- 7:30 am-8:45 am Sand Sharks- 8:45 am-10:00 am Guppies- 10:00 am- 11:00 am
Practices (Cont) Friday Practices (During School Year)- High School Only-3 lanes from 4-5:30 pm First day of Official practice-Tuesday May 27th- Organization Day/Parent Meeting First Pool Practice of Season-Wednesday May 28th First Morning Practice-Wednesday June 18th
Practices (Cont) Equipment for Practices: Goggles, Suit, Towels, Cap (if needed) Workout Clothes and sneakers (closed toe, no sandals) Kickboard-can bring their own Fins-can bring their own Swimmers can sign out kickboards and fins for the year, but must be returned by their last practice.
Meets Saturday Mornings Saturday Mornings-Home Meets-7:30 am on deck, 8 am warm ups Away Meets-7:30 am on deck, 8:15 am warm up
Meets..Cont. If you know you can not attend, please let coaches know and write name on meet s absent sheet. Coaches plan meets every Wednesday, so please let us know by WEDNESDAY! ( Unless emergency) Meet/practice attendance-Need to be at practice to be in meets. As coaches, we understand it is summer time, but this must not be confused with commitment and work ethic. Meet Results will be sent out in email the Monday following the meet. If you have a question on your swimmers time, please see one of the coaches before or after practice.
