Employee Time-off Award Request 2
Time-off requests are now requested through the annual assessment. The time off award toggle is located below individual objectives. To make a request, move the toggle from no to yes.
An excerpt of the scope of request is displayed. Read through the blurb and acknowledge the message to continue. 4
Employees can select the portion of contribution award to apply to the time off hours. 5
The three percentage options available to employees in this dropdown menu are: 0%, 50%, or 100%, 6
Continue to write your assessment and submit to your supervisor once finished. 7
Confirm submission. Once you select yes, your annual assessment AND time off award request are submitted to the supervisor for review. 8
Supervisors are not able to edit, approve, or deny an employee s time off request in CAS2Net. 10
If a supervisor wishes to adjust or deny the employee request, he/she should contact Mr. James Henry at james.p.henry72.civ@mail.mil prior to 31 Oct 2021. 11
Supervisors can only review the employee annual assessment and offer their observations as well as recommended scoring to the pay pool panel. The assessment and the time off award request are submitted to the pay pool panel at the same time. 12
