  2. Breathe in through the nosehold for 3 seconds and breathe out slowly and quietly through the mouth.

  3. Some days I wake up feeling small and full of worries

  4. My heart is going BOOM BOOM BOOM

  5. My head has thoughts of panic

  6. My legs feel like jelly, and I dont know what to do sideways

  7. I say to myself STOP!

  8. Its just my brain on over drive. I know what to do!

  9. I give myself a gentle squeeze, to let my brain know I am here

  10. I then take 1, 2, 3 deep breathes to help my brain to clear

  11. I take my crown of confidence and place it on my head

  12. I feel the power growing. I am brave. I am strong. I can face the day!

  13. Feeling calm, I walk tall all day wearing my crown of confidence
