A good life is about balance between what you must do and what you want to do Recovery colleges help people to achieve a good balance by offering hope and teaching you how to become an expert in your own well-being and moving on with the life you choose. Free educational wellbeing courses aimed at supporting students to: Gain new skills, experience, and knowledge to support their aspirations in life; Learn about tools to develop self-management strategies; Improve wellbeing; Promote personal resilience to enable them to take control and support their personal recovery; Reduce stigma and promote recovery; Help people gain skills and knowledge and move them towards further education or the labour market.
