Empowering Boys and Young Men of Color for Success in America

The established to develop a coordinated effort to improve significantly outcomes for boys and young men of color (including Black Americans, Americans, and Native Americans) and their contributions to U.S. prosperity, so that all youth have an equal opportunity at the American dream.
