  2. Self esteem Self-Esteem is the way we think and feel about ourselves and affects every aspect of life- school work, friendships, Diabetes care, confidence and body image. A person with strong sense of self-esteem is more likely to develop coping skills, be motivated, make positive adjustments to change and succeed in their goals WORTHINESS OF LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE MORAL WORTH questioning whether we are worthy of love and acceptance from family, friends and peers. how closely our behaviors meet our moral standards SENSE OF CONTROL COMPETENCE whether we feel able to complete tasks with our desired outcomes and whether we can accept responsibility for success or failure. how adequate we feel with about or cognitive, physical and social skills. Often this has a self-comparison with others

  3. Body Image Body image encompasses the way we view our body, including our thoughts, feelings, attitudes and behaviours associated with this. Often children and young people with low self-esteem, have negative self-evaluations and are dissatisfied with their body image. There are many factors that are associated with body dissatisfaction: Biological Psychological Culture Parents Social/cultural environment Peers Media Puberty Sexual orientation Gender

You should cut down on biscuits. I love my body and want to fill it with nourishing foods I NEED to lose weight and stop eating junk
