Club Rotario Tlalpan Golf Mxico GG 2237991 - Training and building of Biointensive gardens for the communities of Ahuatl n and Rancho Nuevo, situated in the municipality of Tepexco, Puebla
Goal We will train, for the construction and use of biointensive gardens, the communities of Rancho Nuevo and Ahuatl n, both with high marginalization and isolated from other communities.
Area of Focus: Economic and Community Development With the help of Grupedsac, our project partner, we will train, build and use the biointensive gardens in the communities, achieving the self sufficiency of food that will improve their nourishment and their way of live. We will also train them to be able to sell and commercialize what they don't consume.
Beneficiaries + At least 200 families will benefit with the project. + 34 biointensive gardens in the community of Ahuatl n and 20 in Rancho Nuevo Training Grupedsac, a non profit organization dedicated to aid the mexican farmers, will be in charge of providing the training and supervision of the project. Our Rotary Club will supervise the overall development.
Timetable 1st Month 2nd Month 3rd Month 4th Month 5th Month Activity 1.1.- Sensibilization and organization meetings 1.2.- Training of the leading team in the construction and use of the biointensive gardens in the communities of Ahuatl n and Rancho Nuevo 2.1.-Installation of the 34 biointensive gardens in Ahuatl n and 20 in Rancho Nuevo, as well as 4 water tanks for collecting this resource. 2.2.- Supervising of the installation of gardens built without the direct participation of the trainer.
