Requirements of McKinney Vento Requirements of McKinney Vento The McKinney Vento Act was established to remove barriers for students and families to receive public education in the United States (USA): Homeless Liaison Roles: Identification and Assessments School of Origin Enrollment Support Services Transportation, School Meals, Identification Support Services Title I Set-Aside for school clothing, school supplies, toiletries, emergency food, and medical support.
