AAUWs Educational Requirement Eligible: Eligible: Women, men, nonbinary people with a Bachelor s Degree or higher from a 4 year college or university Ineligible: Ineligible: Persons who began but did not complete their studies Working professionals who do not have a college degree Women, men, nonbinary people with an Associate of Arts Degree from a 2 year college Lilly Ledbetter, a national leading voice in the fight for pay equity
