  3. Hawaii Workforce Development Cybersecurity employment training initiative within the University of Hawaii Community College (UHCC) system. Creating clear employment pathways into Cyber Security. Education through all UH campuses and PCATT. ICT Pathways Consortium is restructuring the IT/ICS course requirements to create a clear articulation route for technology students.

  4. K-12 Educational Pathways Engage Hawai i students early and often to careers in Cyber Security. Develop educational pathways from K-12 into and throughout UH campuses. GenCyber 2016 June 6 - 10, 2016 High School / Teacher Beginner / Advanced Camps Hosted at HCC, with PCATT

NSA / DHS CAE NSA / DHS Centers of Academic Excellence (CAE) Goal: To reduce vulnerability in our national IT infrastructure by: - Promoting higher education and research in cyber defense and producing professionals with cyber defense expertise. UH Manoa: CAE-R (research), UH West O ahu: CAE- CD4Y, HonCC: CAE2Y

  6. UH NSA Embedded Faculty NSA Faculty working at UH Manoa Center for Cybersecurity Education and Research (CCER) est. 2012 Cyber Security guidance, training, and workforce development activities to the local community, K-12 students and teachers, and UH students

  7. TAACCCT Grant Round IV $10 mil. Dept. of Labor Grant Round IV Health and Cyber Security UHMC Campus lead Covers all 7 CC campuses Cyber Security curriculum development, instruction, certification, internships, and workforce development.
