Some ideas for technology Being at home environmental controls (e.g. Hive, My Lively), Amazon Echo, Smart TV Staying connected family and friends social media, SmartPhone, email, Facetime, Skype Getting out and about GPS, sat navs, mobile phone Feeling safe and secure alarms, telecare solutions, cooker cut-off, mobile phone Being independent apps, low tech ADL solutions, electronic diary Keeping well telehealth, wearables, wellbeing apps, RFID medicine cabinet Feeling valued, making a contribution being on-line, social media, digital participation Having choice apps, internet, access to info Life Story/reminiscence apps, tablets, internet, digital photo frames
