As a new administrator, no one tells you about the minutia and the detail of being an administrator. New Leader Group allows me to collaborate with other new administrators and to even voice some frustrations. You don t know what you don t know and you don t know what you should ask until you come across situations as a new administrator. I feel a sense of comradery and get answers to questions that only new leaders would have the need for. I get affirmation, as other new administrators have often the same questions. I get the impact of knowing that others are experiencing the same things, and we get to express frustrations as well as ask questions in an atmosphere that is safe and judgement free. Testimonials
