In this project, NHS Lanarkshire midwives are dedicated to giving women a voice by actively listening to their stories. Through tools like Effective Practitioner, they identify those needing extra support, driving change in person-centered care. Communication skills and debriefing sessions help this team navigate challenging situations, striving to enhance quality and generate interest within the service despite privacy and time constraints.
