  8. Staff Advisory Committee (SAC) SAC serves as a vital bridge between EMS staff and college leadership Our mission: Facilitate communication on staff policy, welfare, and goals We meet the second Wednesday of each month via Zoom at 9:00 am

  9. What We Do Liaison between EMS staff and college leadership Coordinate events like the annual staff appreciation luncheon Manage staff awards, including the Rock in Role Award Address concerns raised by EMS staff Promote the goals of the college

  15. Agenda Annual Salary Increase Comp Mod EAP

  16. Annual Salary Increase All those who are eligible (i.e. hired before 1 April 2024 and completed the Values, Ethics, and Compliance Training and turned in their Annual Performance appraisal) and received an ASI will see their annual salary increase in Workday in their September 2024 paycheck (visible September 28, 2024), to include the retroactive to 1 July piece. We will be sending out email instructions on how to view it in Workday closer to time.

Staff Compensation Modernization Compensation Modernization Project has completed, but It s not a one and done Central HR Compensation Team will continue to regularly review the staff compensation program by evaluating and monitoring: Comprehensive and current job documentation Assessment of market pay trends and practices Periodic evaluation and adjustments, as needed, of comparison markets Regular review and adjustment to the salary grades and overall structure as necessary Regular review of salary administration guidelines Review of internal equity as needed Staff Compensation Philosophy | Human Resources (psu.edu)
