Goals and Objectives of the Project consolidate the experience of the past EURATOM Fission Training Scheme projects and make info easily available and attractive analyse supply, needs and gaps in the nuclear power and non-power resources, strengthen the role of industry, revise EU wide nuclear E&T strategy attract more new nuclear talents promote cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural cooperation, especially within younger generation of experts consolidate existing Education and training (especially VET) programs develop a strong mobility program, connected also with support for research infrastructures further develop strong international cooperation ->2.5 Mil EUR in mobility scheme.

Expected results (selection) analysis of existing gaps in competences at EU level that can be filled in by the international E&T community development and implementation of E&T actions together with international organizations such as JRC, OECD/NEA and partners from USA, China, Canada, Korea, Russian Federation and Japan creation of a generous mobility program with over 2.5 million EUR for attraction, retention and development of new and existing HR resources in the nuclear field. development of a series of actions dedicated to the upgrade of knowledge skills and competences: summer schools, winter schools, E&T activities, webinars, competitions, etc.
