TEAM ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES Let s reconnect, recharge, and have some fun!
RecreationalActivities Fun Fact Bingo Create bingo cards with different traits or fun facts like "Has traveled to another continent" or "Can speak more than one language." Team members must find others who match these traits and fill out their cards. Two Truths and a Lie Each team member shares out loud three statements two true, one false. The group votes on which one they think is the lie. Try to use one truth that is outrageous sounding so it can appear like it s the lie and throw the other players off. Communication Activity Virtual/In-person Pictionary (Skribbl.io) Create a private game room at skribbl.io. One player draws a word while others guess in real time. The faster you guess, the more points you earn. Perfect for remote or hybrid teams.
Collaboration Activity Collaborative Playlist Each team member contributes a few songs to create a team playlist. The playlist can be played during work sessions or breaks, and each member explains why they chose their song. Recognition Activities Personalized Thank You Notes Take the time to write personalized thank you notes to team members. The notes could be handwritten (if possible), sent digitally, or even delivered in creative ways like a surprise email or posted on an employee s workspace. Make it personal and specific, mentioning something unique about the employee's work or character that makes them stand out. Recognition Wall Set up a Recognition Wall (physical space in the office).
