What is Absence Declaration? For Students: Official way to report absences from academic obligations. For Admin: Use student absence data for consideration of petitions and accommodations. Summary of Process Changes: July 6 Students: New declaration rules: select affected courses, allowed date range, optional note Ability to edit and cancel declarations Administrators: Use OASIS to manage absence declaration; ROSI screens change to Display-Only Use OASIS to run absence reports; ROSI Express reports still available for previous data 9
