Academic Support NSS weakness for UoE PT system introduced in 2012 This did not solve the problem Because it was never going to do so But it was a good thing to do NOT a Personal Tutor a la Oxford/Cambridge Expectations reality Some disappointed students Some frustrated staff What to do next? NOT more initativitis But we must continue to enhance PT system Look at Academic Support in the round
