Enhancing Classroom Information Delivery Program with BLE Beacons & Kotlin Mobile Apps
This project focuses on a classroom information delivery system based on Bluetooth Low Energy beacons and Kotlin mobile apps. Team Lighthouse, comprised of Nicholas Kalar, Eddie Ekpo, and Edwin Hernandez, aims to simplify student and professor lives by providing an automated syllabus update system and easy access to classroom material through a centralized database. By utilizing BLE beacons, users can instantly receive classroom information and updates via a mobile application. The project has the potential to be scalable and applicable to various fields beyond academia, such as notifying forest rangers of animal activities or informing business employees about important events.
