Enhancing Community Engagement Through the NHS App
Ivy Medical Group has demonstrated a commitment to simplifying access to healthcare by leveraging the NHS App. With 72.5% of the population using the app, Ivy has focused on monthly logins, appointment management, prescriptions, and organ donation initiatives. The team's activities in November included outreach to specific service functions like carers and DNA prescriptions, along with digital support hubs and community events. Future plans involve deeper engagement with community groups, promoting digital support hubs, staff training, and implementing suggestions from the Patient Participation Group (PPG).
