Energy Planning Survey OEI sent a 22-question survey to local governments across WI (Towns, Counties, Cities, and Villages) in January 2024 Sent to over 2,000 possible recipients (usually clerks) Received 246 responses, approximately 10% Questions investigated local government energy planning capacity Have an Energy Plan 229 8 8 HAVE A PLAN IN THE PROCESS OF CREATING NO PLAN
