South Sub-Regional Director Update Adia Smith June 2023 Annual Planning Retreat
Jobspeaker Updates Spring Webinar Series Support Request Form A single request point for questions, concerns, technical support, training, reporting CRC will also have access to support requests to identify common support requests throughout the region and coordinate group/regional training and or communities of practice. Will be published and live on 6/19, and an email will be sent out to all account holders. Link will also be on the CRC website Quarterly Reports A quarterly Jobspeaker report will be provided to each campus. Has been completed The first report is to be sent out the week of 6/19 Recordings of each of the training will be posted on the CRC website. The report will include some high- level activity, usage, and hiring data. Under the Resources tab on the CRC website there is now a Jobspeaker support page. Feedback is welcome to fine-tune the report to make it as useful as possible. 6/6/2023 2

Areas of Interest Tuition Assistance Data Additional Financial Support for Students By having access to a comprehensive list of employers offering tuition assistance, students can explore potential job opportunities that align with their academic goals. Enhanced Student Recruitment Providing prospective students with information about employers that offer tuition assistance can be a powerful recruitment tool. It has the potential to open the recruitment pool to current employees, allowing them to pursue continuing education or up-skill training. Increased Retention and Graduation Rates Tuition assistance from employers can help students stay enrolled in their courses and persist toward graduation. 6/6/2023 4
