Community Policing in the Republic of North Macedonia 1
Project overview The project aims to implement activities in order to increase the capacity of the Police in North Macedonia The project is designed for joint implementation by the MoI in the Republic of North Macedonia and the Swedish Police. IMPACT A democratic and professional police service in North Macedonia that responds judiciously, proactively and equally to the needs of all groups in society to protect human rights, is accountable to the law, and ensures a high level of integrity of its police officers thereby enjoying a high level of public trust The Police in the Republic of North Macedonia has the competency and organization to improve crime prevention and respond to community safety needs 1.
