Student Journal The explanation for absence notes at the back of the journal are to be filled out + signed by Parent/Guardians stating the reason for the absence and then returned to the students Form Tutor. Signing out - A student needs to present a Blue note for signature to their Form Tutor to sign with the reason for early leave indicated and signed by parent and then present this to the school office when leaving. Parents are required to sign the student journal before Wednesday long registration to indicate they have read any communications from the school about the students performance for the past week. PHONE CALLS + EMAILS are only ACCEPTED in case of EMERGENCY.
