Sports Facilities Provision Survey Other Sites
Other Sites At the end of the survey, people were invited to suggest other sites that could be considered and what facilities could be installed there. These have been sorted into Town Council assets and other landowners. LTC Assets: Non-LTC sites: Opposite Sparrows Nest towards seafront (The Ness) Britten Road/Kirkley Road GELP Cotman Close Everetts Park Barnards Meadow Bixley Green Seafront/Beach Slaters Pit Dip Farm Pakefield Park/Pakefield Cliff Brownfield Areas near 3rd Crossing North Denes Carlton Meadow Corton Playing Field East Point Academy Carlton Colville Deepdale Park
LTC Assets: With the four sites that are LTC assets, here are the comments of the type of facilities suggested Site The Ness Britten Road/Kirkley Road GELP Comment Football pitch and skateboard park Better lighting and planting and seating Small nature-themed play area with sensory and wheelchair-accessible equipment / outdoor fitness equipment Expand play area to include hopscotch pad and games tables, and fence off from rest of site. Lay path from Cotman Close entrance to play area. Cotman Close
Other Facilities: Members of the public also suggest other facilities that weren t mentioned in the rest of the survey.
