Articles - opportunities for analysis and interpretation Background Statistics Sweden will increase the interest for statistics and knowledge about Statistics Sweden's work. The Swedish government wants more analysis. 2011 project to prepare a format for articles 2012 release
Purpose To reach new users not only the expert Make results more visible and easy to understand Make space for analysis
Result 120 articles have been published in different subjects Tweets on twitter makes more followers More strategic and editorial production
Statistical Database A completely new architecture based on the new technology platform and web components, which is the same as we use for the PX-Web The graphic user interface is using a tree structure
Statistical Database Product pages In the tables and graphs tab on the product pages, we have introduced direct links to all tables in the Statistical database
Digitizing of historical statistics Our library are digitizing old printed statistical publications All the more important official statistics from the 1800s are now digitized Official statistics from the 1900s are in the pipeline The digitized publications are freely available on our website A new search to make it easier to find the information
Upcoming, this year Prestudy to investigate if/how to use PX-web for our Statistical Database Creating API:s for our Statistical Database Marketing activities App Facebook CMS Present comprehensive statistics in a better way, such as regional, time series etc. Scb.se for tablets and mobile
