Achievements -Concept of personal learning plans Pk-12 -Every school/all staff engaged in helping students understand goals and setting goals -Successful school-based plans for student-focused goal setting -Visible evidence in every school: integrated with SI plans
Success -Academic goal setting -PLCs effective in establishing academic goals using data -Progress monitoring becoming more consistent-data used to plan instruction -Teachers using My Learning Plan in daily discussion with students
Next Steps -Personal interests included in My Learning Plan -Differentiating projects/plans of study based on student interests
