Enhancing Sustainable Education: Aims, Barriers, and Solutions
This project focuses on realigning curricula to incorporate sustainability, sharing barriers, and creating a network of educators. The event structure includes open discussions, quick SDG mapping, and speakers sharing their approaches to embedding sustainability in teaching. Subjects covered range from Hair and Beauty to Law, with opportunities to request specific subjects for discussion. The platform also facilitates sharing resources and training for implementing ESD in teaching.

Event Structure Open Discussion Group discuss questions submitted before session and live questions. Introductions Mainly teaching staff from relevant subject. JISCmail network set up after. 1 hour Quick SDG mapping Using worksheet provided spend 1 minute for independent reflection on how course covers an SDG. Speakers Two speakers share how they ve embedded sustainability in content they teach with Q&A. EAUC
