ABOUT OUR SCHOOL 61 Primary School is a school with about 500 students. Classes start at 7.30 a.m. and finish at 12.40 p.m. The timetable includes traditional subjects, but there are many clubs such as taekwondo and dance. Our students have about four hours of homework a day.
61 primary school St. Cyril and Methodius is one of the oldest schools in Sofia. It was founded in 1893.
Our school holiday is on 11 may.On this holiday we marchin the yard.
Today the school has well-arranged classrooms, a library, a renovated gym.
The teaching staff is highly qualified. Proof of this is the excellent results of students from the Olympiads, competitions and competitive exams after the 7th grade. Excellence in sports is also high. Annual prizes are won in regional competitions in basketball, table tennis and badminton.
