All key international treaties ratified Ongoing process of harmonizing national framework with EU acquis Optional Protocol on a Communications Procedure (2011) has not yet been ratified, although signed in 2012. Constitution: Ratified international treaties become part of the national legal framework by the act of ratification. Ratified international treaties are superior to any national law and are implemented directly.
