Rajasthan Digifest & IT Day 2018 Presents Green-a-Thon By Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board
Rajasthan IT Day Introduction Following a tremendous response of last two years, Department of IT&C, Rajasthan presents you the 3rd edition of Rajasthan Digifest & IT Day - an iconic technology carnival which brings together business leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and change makers who have turned ideas into solutions. Rajasthan IT Day will set up the stage where future trends and unexplored technologies emerge. You will gain access to the brightest minds in the industry who will bring award-winning content to life.
Hackathon 4.0 Hackathon 4.0 is a 36 hour non-stop coding marathon providing an excellent platform to brilliant coders, developers & designers to use their out-of-the-box thinking on numerous themes and take home prizes worth Rs. 32.5 Lacs along with an exclusive opportunity to work with Government of Rajasthan. Key Takeaways: Exclusive opportunity to work on platforms like Bhamashah, e-Mitra, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, AR/VR, Blockchain, Bioinformatics, Machine Learning, Data Warehouse and Data Mobility.
Green-a-Thon Green-a-Thon or the Green Hackathon is one-of-its kind event encouraging young problem solvers & innovative think tanks to create and implement new ideas for a more sustainable future. To promote the use of cutting-edge technology in building a better tomorrow, Government of Rajasthan is organising Green-a-Thon on Rajasthan IT Day 2018. It will be an event in which the participants will develop, program and build a prototype for something that will help in making the world a greener place. The Green-a-Thon will be a series of coding events with a sustainability purpose where students will showcase their solutions to real civic and environmental issues. This challenge is open for all the students across the country where they can freely share their innovative idea with us. Venue for the entire program is Rajasthan College, JLN Marg, Jaipur. Date:- 20-21st March, 2018.
Green-a-Thon We look forward for environmental friendly low cost IT based technologies / ideas / prototypes, etc., for addressing the following issues: Waste to resources Waste to Energy. Waste to useful/gainful resources. Air pollution especially w.r.t vehicular emissions. Surveillance system for environmental management. Environmental Data Processing, analysis and its interpretation. Solution for disposal of waste water rejects from Reverse Osmosis system. Collection and Segregation methods for various wastes like Municipal Solid Waste, Plastic Waste, E-Waste, etc. Remote sensing based pollutant detection for various industries. Green Product Design. Solution for mitigation of indoor air pollution.
Prizes The three winning teams will earn a contract with Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board, Jaipur worth Rs.15 Lacs, Rs.10 Lacs and Rs.7.5 Lacs respectively. Participants would also be nominated for 10 other prize categories which would include exciting prizes like iPad, Tablet, Cell Phones, and a lot more.

Click on Challenge for Change tab You will be redirected to Challenge for Change website Fill in your details in the form to register for Rajasthan IT Day 2018 Click on Submit You will be successfully registered for Rajasthan IT Day Click on Subscribe for IT Day tab on the right corner to subscribe for the event

Register for Green-a-Thon Click on Green-a-thon tab from the menu Select Yes/No from the dropdown menu Fill in your team details in the form Select any .jpg format image as profile picture Add details about your idea for the Hackathon Click on Submit tab Your idea will be submitted for Green-a-thon
