  2. Two Tasks Priority on Federal issues: Follow Party policies, federal-level work on policies: budget and debt, immigration, housing, drugs, etc. Focus shall also be given to the economic livelihood in Agincourt. 2

  3. Features of Agincourt Some observed features of Agincourt: i) matured metropolitan, saturated development, aging facilities. ii) North of Finch largely houses, south of Finch many condos. iii) Civic life: diversity in different faith. 3

  4. Socio-Economic Data, 2021 Census Population: 103,690, decreased by 0.5% since 2016. Population density: 48.5%. Median age: 45.2 years (44.4 in 2016). Demographic dependency ratio: 56 / 100 working age people (14% youth, 64% working age, 23% seniors). Dwellings: 38,345 in 2021, increased 4.3% since 2016: Detached house: 29% Row house: 12% Duplex: 4% 5- apartment: 4% Semi detached house: 4% 5+ apartment: 47% 4
