Bodygram Plus Enterprise Software solution for large enviroment
Key Functions Windows installer package allow to install the software on ProgramFile(x86) folder. The company technicians can easily operate on sharing policy to allow PC users using the software without administrator privileges and multiple installation 1 installation per PC The installation process is simpler and doesn t required internet connection The installation package in a simple .exe file, that can be saved on multiple supports as usb pen, cd-rom etc.
Install folders information Bodygram Plus enterprise install the software files in c:/Program Files(x86)/Akern/BodygramPlus folder The database, backups and settings, go instead in c:/ProgramData/Akern/BodygramPlus folder. ProgramData is a standard hidden folder used from the windows applications to share data between users. License file (license.xml) goes in c:/ProgramData/Akern/BodygramPlus/Configuration To visualize the ProgramData folder it is necessary to enable the hidden folde wiew from the control panel Folder otpion
License information The license file license.xml can be obtained automatically online or offline Online: The procedure is the same as standard Body gramPlus. Unfortunately often the PC in hospital are behind a proxy server that doesn t allow external connection and services Offline: The procedure is the same as standard Body gramPlus but the license.xml file can be requested to akern with the account information and copy it then manually in the ProgramData\Akern\BodygramPlus folder saving time. The file can be saved on a USB pen and brought to the hospital.
Upgrades The upgrades have to be done phisically on the PC. There is not any kind of automatic web installation and upgrade check. To upgrade the software simply run the newer .exe package on the PC No data or license loss risk With the purchase of Enterprise version the customer obtain ONLY the version purchased.
Assistance Bodygram Plus enterprise is not covered by any assistance contracts. It should be a good idea to set up a maintenance contract that cover assistance and upgrades
