CGPA 3.48 Outstanding Academic Achievement, GPA 3.5 to 3.99 18 Students Academic Achievement, GPA 3.2 to 3.4 11 Students Before February 3rd Apply for graduation Immediately ($135 Graduation Fee charged to your student account) Sign & return release form to EOF office or scan to EOFP@tcnj.edu with subject line EOF Statewide Achievement Awards Send Picture in jpeg to EOFP@tcnj.edu with subject line EOF Statewide Achievement Awards all other graduating seniors with subject line EOF Senior Picture for Ceremony Montage Yearbook committee: If interested, See Mr. Marshall Transportation will be provided for students that wish to attend

  8. EOF Graduate TO Dos: 1. Complete the EOF Graduation Survey by no later than Feb 3rd 2. Create a LinkedIn account with current home address (Career Center & EOF tracks Employment for college reporting purposes) 3. Graduation Advising Session: Schedule with your Program Specialist by Feb. 3rd.

  10. BOOK REMINDERS Fall 2017 Book Rentals Overdue If you did not return rental Promise books you will be charged for a replacement textbook, along with a processing fee. The book will be yours to keep. Spring 2018 Book Rentals Reminder: Save all bookstore receipts If you drop a course RETURN books the same day or you will be responsible for the cost of books

  11. Spring 2018: Promise Books (Fr/Soph) Pick up books before January 30 (Last day for Add/Drop) The Promise account will close after that date. If you pre-order a book and no longer need that book you must CANCEL the request or you will be CHARGED. If you need to order an online book and/or book code; inform Program Specialist ASAP! Books for quarter courses; inform Program Specialist ASAP!

Fall 2017/Winter 2018 Book Purchases Return to EOF office by January 26th If you did not return purchased Promise books from the prior semester you may forfeit future additional funding(i.e., study abroad application fee waiver, winter/summer term funding, student travel, etc.) Reminder: Juniors and Seniors that received EOF book funds, must return books by Jan 26th . Books become part of the EOF Library. Winter Term book purchases: Return by Jan 26th

  13. EOF Upperclassman Book Scholarship EOF Purchased over $5,000.00 in upperclassman books for the fall 2017 semester. December 2017 Book Buy Back Program return of Purchased Books EOF raised just over $2,000.00 Resulting in Limited funding for Spring 2018

  14. Funding request Spring 2018 book fund request, due no later than January 30th : Submit to Ms. Kim Quick Priority will be given to students with the greatest financial burden. If you have a loan with a refund pending, your loan will be reduced to reflect your EOF approved book funds, as an emergency book loan. Students may If you demonstrate additional need, meet with Office of Financial Aid to request an increase in your loan.

  16. Unit Progression and Cgpa 2.25 Freshman: 8 units earned Sophomore: 16 units earned Juniors: 24 units earned Seniors: 32 units earned If not, immediately schedule an appointment with your Program Specialist to develop a PEP (Personal Education Plan)

  17. Student TO Dos: 1. All Students: Complete 2018-19 FAFSA by no later than March 23rd All State funding at risk, if completed after April 15th. No Exceptions!!!!! 2. Academic Course Load: Fulltime, unless you are a Graduating Senior. Meet with your Program Specialist to add a course Immediately? 3. Submit Summer funding requests due: no later than March 30th . 4. Summer Scholars Program Study Coach applications: Returning students: Intent to return Qualtrics completed by: Feb 1th New Applicants: Applications will be available on Feb 2th. 5. Sign up for Tutoring in the Tutoring Center: Jan 29th 10:oo am 12:00 pm 1:00pm 4:00pm (Mandatory for all SSP)

Student Success Program - SSP Students with a Cum GPA of 2.25 or lower ED majors with a Cum GPA lower than a 3.0 20 students on SSP 9 Freshmen 8 Sophomores 11 on probation or at-risk for college dismissal 65% At Risk 35% Moderate Risk Develop action plan & attend monthly meeting w/PS Faculty outreach for progress reports Student Success Seminar (bi-weekly) February 5-May 7th 2018, 2:00-3:15 p.m., Education 209 Student success seminar will appear on PAWS schedule Required to Attend Emails will be sent on Jan. 29th

  20. Race to Graduation - R2G 14 At Risk Students 2 Meetings Per Semester: One on One individualized Personal Education Planning Sessions Strategies recommended Referrals recommended Tutoring available

  21. EOF Holds Pending Withdraw Hold: prevents withdrawing from a course without Program Specialist Advisement EOF Advising Hold: Confirms Faculty Advisement for course approval Graduation Advising Hold: (New) To ensure seniors complete all graduation To Do s required by EOF & TCNJ

  22. SUMMER FUNDING REQUEST Summer Term Funding Request, Due no later March 23, 2018 Course (s) Room & Board Books Transportation Form available on EOF website Must be signed by your program specialist Must include a copy of summer course schedule Completed Summer Financial Aid with screen shot.
