Disability COVID-19 Vaccination Demographics Tier 2 (Tier 3 under development) GROUP 2b) in the Sequencing Framework Prioritised disability - Residential Service Users Excludes Mental Health & Addictions. A separate dataset of 9200 people exist within provider services for this group. Includes ACC Goal : To allow each DHB to have access to all people with disabilities, eligible for group 2b) via their provider or IF/ EGL host with accurate information and a point of contact for each person. 13662 Disabled people in Supported Accommodation Each persons preferred option for vaccination and the necessary support to accommodate their needs is documented to allow DHB s to plan and deploy appropriately Have providers prepared with Social Stories, Supported Decision making and pre-work completed by providers to ensure Right 7 is upheld Fixed Community Sites 3010 people GP Visits 2732 people Temporary sites Safe Space visits 173 sites for 6920 people Temporary sites Home Bubble 500 sites for 1000+ people

Disability COVID-19 Vaccination Approaches Vaccination sites in the community Accessible and with appropriate accommodation provided for disability needs Vaccinators trained on Disability and aware of approach required Supported Decision Making Framework (SDM) in place and deployed where required. Quiet Zones available Variable Volume / throughput per day. Allow for twice the time of mainstream / Border Workers. Fixed Community Vaccination Centres Complex individuals who are unable to access public spaces without escalated anxiety. Already accessible spaces that people frequent to their trusted GP GP/ clinic need to be briefed on SDM and right Disability training deployed and aligned approach deployed Higher support worker presence Supported Decision Making Framework in place and deployed where required Lower volumes possible compared to above model. Suggest target 30 people per site per day Community sites / GP DHB Sites in the community -Quiet Zones available Clincs Provider Sites that are familiar / safe spaces for complex individuals Already accessible spaces that people frequent weekly (Day programmes) Vaccination set-up remains aligned to accommodation disability needs Disability training deployed and aligned approach deployed Higher support worker presence SDM Framework in place and deployed where required Application of Right 7 in the absence of consent demonstrated is well articulated to vaccinators Lower volumes possible compared to above model.
