Improved Key Indicators by Subgroup Regular Attendance: At least 85% of our students exhibit regular attendance within all subgroups. Implement EASTERN s Equity Action Plan to promote equity in all facets of EASTERN s operations to become a culturally proficient school that recognizes and values diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Retention: At least 85% of our students retain (at EASTERN) within all subgroups. Climate and Culture Survey: At least 90% overall positive responses for all students within all subgroups.

  8. Access to Programming Educational Programming: Continuously improve current programming and expand based on labor market need and student interest. Ensure that all incoming students can access their career and technical program of choice. Enrollment: At least 95% of applicants enter their first-choice program. 2024-2025: 70.2% First choice program (368 of 524) Waitlist: Less than 5% of applicants are waitlisted and unable to enter their first, second, or third- choice programs. 2024-2025: 27.1% Waitlisted (142 of 524) 96.3% of admitted students were placed in their First choice program Largest waitlists: Welding and Electrical followed by Construction and Automotive

  9. Placement Student Achievement: Foster student achievement and outcomes in completing the program and transitioning to post-graduation career plans. Ensure that all EASTERN students are positively placed after graduation as measured by graduate surveys administered in October after graduation. 2021-2022: 88.7% 2022-2023: 87.8% 2023-2024: 89.4% Response Rate: At least 85% of our graduates are represented in the placement data. 2021-2022: 78% 2022-2023: 95% 2023-2024: 93% Placement: At least 95% of our survey respondents have a positive placement post-graduation.

  10. Placement EASTERN's Revised data collection. Adding student provided contact information, participating school data and cold calling non- respondents has increased EASTERN's percentage of contacted students. Gaps or needs in programs. Additional career/post-secondary information sessions, job site visits, pre-apprenticeship and career fairs i.e. Welding Technology has added job site tours to Steam Fitters Local, Iron-Workers Local and the Philly Naval Yards to showcase future opportunities. These are in addition to in house visits from post- secondary institutions. Analyzing and refining the process i.e. Protective Services students take volunteer positions in EMT and fire. Changed to a positive placement in the next reporting cycle as it directly relates to the students' studies in the program.
