New Regulations DEIA Evaluation and Tenure Review of District Employees Effective April 16, 2023 Pursuant to California Code of Regulations, section 52010, college districts may conform their policies and procedures to the regulatory requirements within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the effective date.

What has been helpful in addressing those? Has your district already drafted language to integrate into evaluations? If so, what is that draft language? This work will require adjustments to CBAs, BPs, and APs. How is your district starting that work? Who in your district is leading this work? How can you contribute in your CIO role?
