  2. AIMS OF THE PROJECT Develop basic and transversal skills such as entrepereneurship, digital skills and multilingualism using innovative and student- centerered pedagogical approaches Promote stronger coherence between EU and national skill recognition supports

ACTIVITIES 1) Analysis of the economic production of each partner country Identification of professionals and skills most in demand Reflections on training courses and how the school is able to provide them. 2) Construction of training sessions: Targeted courses Meeting with representatives Informational material 3) Starting a mini company on a global level: Product prototype Design advertising campaign Create website

Selection criteria for travelling Tenir bon comportament a classe; Haver portat a terme les tasques relacionades amb el projecte satisfact riament , respectant les dates de lliurament; No haver com s cap falta de disciplina; Portar al dia el deures de l assignatura d angl s; Comprometre s a acollir un estudiant a casa durant la trobada a Vic, en cas de ser necessari; Tenir tota la documentaci vigent actualitzada (DNI, TSE i Passaport). Cal tenir passaport amb una vig ncia m nima de sis mesos; No tenir cap malaltia ni estar pendent de visites m diques; No tenir competicions esportives, concerts, audicions, etc. aquelles dates; Habilitat per comunicar-se en angl s encara que el nivell de l'alumne/a no sigui excel lent; Inter s a representar el nostre pa s, parlar-ne, explicar-ne la cultura, costums, etc. i aprendre de les altres cultures; Saber-se adaptar en les situacions que es pot trobar una persona fora del seu pa s; Comprom s de l alumne i de la fam lia; Per la visita a Malta, mitjana de la nota global del 1r trimestre, i nota del 1r trimestre de l assignatura d angl s. Per la visita a It lia, notes del 2n trimestre. Un comissi formada per al menys un representant de l equip directiu, el coordinador de 2n cicle, la coordinadora de lleng es estrangeres, les coordinadores dels projectes Erasmus+ i els tutors i professores d angl s de 4t ESO, avaluar les sol licituds d alumnes que volen viatjar i seguint els criteris a dalt esmentats, escollir els alumnes. En cas d empat, es far un sorteig davant d alumnes i d algun altre professor/a. Els resultats de la selecci es faran p blics al panell de not cies en el vest bul de l institut.

  10. Activities type A HOW TO PREVENT EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING: Prepare statistics regarding early school leavers, both in our school and in Catalonia. By early school leavers we mean people who do not continue their studies after 16 and who are under 18. Students suggestions & strategies of what can be done to prevent that.

  11. Activities type B TEACHING-TRAINING MATERIAL ON BUSINESS: Go over the material prepared by students last year and prepare a presentation: Catalonia is in charge of Management and Human Resources.

  12. Activities type C MINI-COMPANY: Prepare a business plan (see sheet and powerpoint) for the FLIPPED PEN to be discussed and a new one will be created by taking into account the ones prepared by all countries.

  13. MEETING IN VIC PREPARATION OF THE MEETING IN VIC Each country takes the responsibility of a department of the mini- company: Malta: research and development Ireland: marketing Italy: sales Germany: accounting/finance Catalonia: human resources In Vic, we have to organize an event (1sttransnational meeting of the company) with team building activities 21 foreign students / 8 foreign teachers / 32 Catalan students
