Agenda Introduction Determine the frequency of our meetings Feedback on the last 2 years (TU Darmstadt presidency) Discussion and brainstorming of future CLUSTER Task Force Mobility activities, particularly : Develop potential new initiatives in the context of the new Erasmus+ program, KA 103 : o Erasmus Without Papers (EWP) o New fundamental of the ERASMUS+ Charter 2021-27 Enhance Staff Mobility within CLUSTER 3

  4. Report Frequency of our meetings : Twice a year before the Steering Committee (next SC in March 17th-19th 2021). More meetings can be done and invitations sent if needed. Feedback on the last 2 years (TU Darmstadt presidency) : Sharing of good practices ; situation solving and problem solving ; exchanging on many aspects. Important to keep this group alive and active. Discussion and brainstorming of future CLUSTER Task Force Mobility activities : Fundamentals of the new Erasmus+ 2021-2027 charter : (waiting for the charter to be officially signed and approved) Inclusion : what is the policy and what are the actions taken by each university for inclusion ? Information will be shared. Sustainable Development : information on the creation of a working group on Sustainable Development within CLUSTER. Members of each universities will be able to join the group and work on two key actions. One of the actions will be directed towards the calculation and reduction of CO2 carbon emissions in mobilities. Another key action will be developed within the working group. Duration : 2 years. 4

  5. Report Covid-19 crisis : Sharing of the different difficulties, questions, and solutions we face. How to deal with the different lockdown policies in each country? Importance of having clear rules or recommendations. However, what if students do not follow these recommendations ? Question of exams? How to do them virtually ? Student support : will students get the help they usually have during the lockdown period ? Mental health for students ? Where can they get help and what kind of help ? (example : Stockholm -> organisation of walks in the forest) Difficulty in handling and anticipating mobilities, a lot of postponing and cancelling. -> Importance to stay informed on each university policies and ways of dealing with the crisis. Erasmus Without Paper : Collecting and information sharing. Slow and sometimes complicated process (example: OLA which is not yet actively used by universities, E+ app, ) Not all universities use the same mobility platform (MoveOn, Mobility online, ?) 5
