SUBCOMMITTEE UPDATES PRS Report Update on 2018 Release Targets Board Approved Revision Requests WMS Report ERCOT hosted Real Time Co-optimization training after January 31st WMS NPRR800 Revisions to Credit Exposure Calculations to Use Electricity Futures Market Prices implementation February 7th, will change credit calculations to QSEs, training held at MCWG ROS Report NOGRR169, Disturbance Monitoring Requirements Update to Align with NERC Reliability Standard PRC-002-2 Approved Update provided on November DC tie curtailments (four curtailments over two days) more background was requested on why happened and for increased visibility RMS Report DC renewal process changes effective February 7th Sharyland/Oncor transition, final scheduled transactions January 9th 4

ERCOT UPDATES Forecast Adequacy of Budgeted System Administration Fee ERCOT noted intent to maintain 2016-2017 SAF rate FOR four years from 2016-2019; SAF forecast to be adequate through 2019 Proposed Bylaws Amendments Update ERCOT legal provided an update on proposed bylaw amendments seeking to clarify when an Affiliate relationship may arise between two or more ERCOT Members. Expected to bring back language at February and March TACs for stakeholder feedback Greens Bayou RMR Resettlement Certain costs were not fully settled prior to the applicable True-Up dates per the Greens Bayou 5 RMR Agreement ERCOT will ask Board of Directors during its February meeting for approval to resettle the amounts totaling ~$26k in aggregate (6/16, 7/16, 1/17, 2/17, 3/17, 5/17) To reduce the possibility of future Board-directed resettlements, ERCOT has submitted NPRR 845, RMR Process and Agreement Revisions Annual RUC Reporting Requirement (Protocol Section 5.8) In 2017, 562 instructed RUC resource-hours resulted in 534 effective RUC resource- hours Discussions on ways to enhance both RUC functionality and transparency are continuing between ERCOT and the stakeholders 5 ***Presentations available here***

OTHER BUSINESS & STRUCTURAL REVIEW January 22nd Day Ahead Market & 23rd Pricing Events ERCOT provided an overview of January 23rd pricing event where 2 intervals were set by the power balance penalty curve ERCOT also provided an overview on issues with the DAM market on January 22nd with disabling of constraints and contingency issues A more detailed analysis with Q&A was to be presented at the January 31st WMS TAC Subcommittee Restructuring Discussion Goal: Bring proposal forward for discussion at April BOD meeting Achieve efficiencies at the subcommittee level be evaluating proposals regarding the future of RMS and COPS After reviewing the existing proposals for future RMS and COPS scope and structure as well as the ERCOT functionality parking lot deck, TAC moved to table the structural review conversation and schedule a workshop. First TAC Subcommittee Restructuring Task Force scheduled for February 5th Presentations from Task Force available here Discussion centered on a new joint proposal Presented on behalf of: AEP, CenterPoint, Oncor, OPUC, and TNMP 6
