Retail Incidents & Maintenance May 2024 May 15th Retail Performance Degradation. Related to a single trading partner sending duplicates, creating a backlog. May 19th Retail Planned Site Failover. Non-Retail Incidents & Maintenance May 2024 May 16th Planned Site Failover. May 31th ERCOT experienced an unplanned system outage of the Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) system from 9:30-10:50 May 31, 2024. .
