What are the consequences- positive and negative? How does each option measure up against policies, moral principles, etc? Based on advice and policies. Communication with appropriate parties. Make sure you have fully talked it out . Does the issue conflict with FH values/policies? Who will be helped/hurt? Do any of the actions you are considering cross a line? Are there legal implications? What would your mother say? Be comfortable with your decision. Remember to consult with appropriate advisers legal, TD, senior managers.
