Communication Telephone: Be prepared with what you have to say before making the call. Find a quiet place, with little to no backgroound noise. Speak clearly & slowly. Communication (contd.) E-mails: Include a Subject Name. Use correct grammar and spelling doN t tYpe lyKe diS. Include a salutation and closing No slang. Ex: wassup, you guys . Separate into paragraphs if the message is long. Poor communication provides negative information about you. You represent Key Club. Negative information about you is negative information about Key Club! Do not show-off with unreasonably long words.
