EU DELEGATED ACTS RESPONSIBILITIES IN SWEDEN Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket)will be appointed responsibility for SPA in Sweden, (act b,c,e) Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen) will be appointed responsibility for following up on the Assessment of compliance Act a, in progress DATEX II User Forum Dublin 13&14 September 2016

STEP 2, A WEB-PORTAL WITH MORE FUNCTIONALITY, FOR ACT B, C, E AND WITH POSSIBILITY TO INCLUDE ACT A Own name and domain name, Trafficdata in Sweden, trafficdata.se Supported by STA (operated by) Meet the regulation for act b, c and e Will use the metadata-standard for open data, DCAT, as much as possible Most likely with the possibility to on a voluntary base inform about metadata on the whole Swedish road network Data provider will update the metadata themselves STA will try to involve stakeholders in the design DATEX II User Forum Dublin 13&14 September 2016

SOLUTION FOR SWEDISH SPA Looked at different options and tools At the end two options Build our own Use CKAN, www.ckan.org Open source States to be the world s, leading open-source data portal platform Used by many open data initiatives like europeandataportal.eu, publicdata.eu, ppnadata.se Excellent documentation Extensible and customizable Decision taken to use CKAN DATEX II User Forum Dublin 13&14 September 2016
ACTION C, SAFETY RELATED TRAFFIC INFORMATION STA existing DATEX II services, no dedicated service for Action C Tagging of safety related messages, DATEX 2.3 approved extension Based on TISA / DATEX joint work on mapping DATEX RDS/TMC TPEG Released in September 2015 DATEX II User Forum Dublin 13&14 September 2016
ACTION E, SAFE AND SECURE TRUCK PARKING Current service includes Dedicated DATEX II service for Action E STA Restareas those suited for Truck parking on major roads. Service released in 2015 Uses DATEX II 2.3 approved extension for Parking Ongoing work to include private truck parks Initial Data collection One National Database, will be maintained by STA STA will approve truck parks to be included Will be included in same Truck parking service DATEX II User Forum Dublin 13&14 September 2016
ACTION B, REAL-TIME TRAFFIC INFORMATION Under development Most data STA have are already in current DATEX II services or other services (static data) A few new data types have been identified which are not delivered today e.g. Traffic data and variable speed limits New services will be added to current DATEX II services Traffic data will be released before end of 2016 DATEX II User Forum Dublin 13&14 September 2016
ACTION A Ongoing work One proposal is to use same SPA as the other Acts STA host the SPA Samtrafiken, will host national services Other proposals may exist DATEX II User Forum Dublin 13&14 September 2016
