Introduction In order to meet the functional requirements of the multi-channel Launch products, LAUNCH Europe provides European Professional Software License to the HQ products. European professional software licences are available for the HQ X-431 PAD series and the HQ X-431 PRO series. LAUNCH Europe only provides the software, other services require additional fees. European Professional Software License includes: X-431 passenger car software 1 year CarSET PRO 1 year SGW pack FCA & Maserati 1 year Mercedes 1 year Renault & Dacia 50 connections 2

Order process (End user) End user: 1) Customers order and pay for the software license online at the device's online store. 2) Get invoice and newuser authentication & license activation information per email. 3) Pass the user authentication and submit the activation form. After that, the software will be activated generally within 3 working days. Pass the user authentication and submit the activation form Order and pay at online store Get invoice per email automatically The software will be acitvated within 3 working days NOTE: LAUNCH Europe only provides the software, other services require additional fees. 4
Operation process (LE internal process) PM, Nina, Katalin: 1) Create software license cards 2) Book in Sage 3) Upload the cards in SGW Platform E-commerce: 1) Receive order notification per email. Check order details from the HQ online order platform, check Paypal payment 2) Issue the invoice, with product serial number, digital card number and password 3) Send invoice to the end user, with new user authentication & license activation information Activation admin: 1) Get the license activation notification per email 2) Activate the license manually: 1) Check OA activation list from Sage, send OA to activate 1 year passenger car software 2) Go to Haynespro platform to activate 1 year Hayenspro PRO 3) Check the user authentication, go to LE SGW Platform to activate 1 year FCA license, 1 year Mercedes license, 50 connections Renault 5
