  8. Capacity Planning partners issue Products are not so mature - and delivery delays are huge We need very skilled people - Only manufacturers can properly deal with DC Charger Commissioning => effects on commercial opening date Maintenance => effects on service availability Too few true offers compared to business needs Key point : Finding the right Team not the right company - At the right location, at the right time G n ralisation MBC 8

  9. Grid connection offers another partner issue Case - Request from CPO : Need for major connections 2 MW - 8 MW (40 DC chargers) - Answer from DSO : Time - Several years Assessment - Too big request for today according to requirements form Motorways concessioners 90% of charge sessions do not reach more than120 kW - 0 risk answer provided by DSO according to regulation rules - Need for dynamic connection => power is provided according to negociation Already working on Test sites waiting for general availability G n ralisation MBC 9

  10. Energy supply issues Small energy supply business relies on electricity price hedging - Profile price It was correct before 2022 It isn t now ! Things should change but - Energy supplier are not mature for smthg different - EV Charge ecosystem is not mature for dynamic pricing Energy aggregator are more efficient - especially in NL It s a different business case : based on peak shaving G n ralisation MBC 10
