Evaluation of Neutron Cross-Section Data
Neutron reaction data evaluation and recommendations for producing complete datasets are discussed, including normalization, photon strengths, and thermal data construction. The importance of compiling previous measurements, calculating transition probabilities, and utilizing RIPL3 parameters for deformed nuclei is emphasized.
