  1. EUROMEC PED COURSE EVALUATION By Ferenc Benus

  2. 1. Introduction After collecting the curriculum and preparing the teaching, we structured the CUs for the PED. A short discussion took place about the activities taking place within the framework of the PED.

  3. The main parameters of the PED pilot course PED pilot course: from 19.10.2022 to 19.01.2023. The number of student participants: 6 people in the steel structure, welding industry. The training took place on the basis of an approved schedule, for which an attendance sheet was prepared. The participants of the experimental course had their own computer and/or telephone. The duration of a lesson was 45 minutes with a 15-minute break. The classroom was quiet, clean and well equipped with all necessary IT equipment. After the last personal lecture class of the day, there was some time to discuss professional questions arising from the student side.

  4. The main parameters of the PED pilot course The PED pilot course instructors were: Ferenc Benus Ferenc Benus Jr B la Gayer, L szl B r Zsolt Nagy Evaluation of the results of the PED course: questions completed on 20.01.2023. The place for completing the questions was in Budapest, at the headquarters of the MHtE, The registry was used to evaluate the rating system prepared as follows: Credit score: 1 -this is the best value, Credit score: 2, 3, 4 intermediate values and Credit score: 5 is the lowest (worst value) After the last personal lecture class of the day, there was some time to discuss professional questions arising from the student side.

  5. 2. Discussion After the lectures, it was possible to ask questions to the teachers and/or the workshop masters. The questions asked were related to the curriculum. The result of the discussion was that it is necessary to prepare the teaching material in Hungarian. After entering the interface, the curriculum on It's Learning could be accessed on the Internet via phone and computer. A decision has been made about the username and password pair used on the interface, which is valid for the duration of the trial course. There was a request from the students that the teaching materials in Hungarian be handed over on a pendrive. Most of the questions arose regarding the use of IT tools.

  6. 3. Conclusion The students were satisfied with the organization of the PED-pilot course. The lectures were effective and useful as the training participants had the opportunity to stop the teacher and ask questions related to the topic of the lecture. IT should be basically strengthened and some useful learning tools should be provided to learn how to manage different platforms. The CUs and their structure were a useful tool for accessing the most important and practical topics of the PED course.
